Ingredients
1 Large Avocado
9 Large Shrimp
Romaine Lettuce
1 Tomato Diced
Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tsp Cajun Seasoning for Shrimp
1/4 Tsp Salt
Lemon

Instructions
1. Season Shrimp and sauté' front and back, until shrimp are cooked through
2. Slice Lettuce and wash well
3. Dice tomatoes
4. Slice Avocado in half and peel skin from flesh
5. Squeeze lemon over both avocado halves
6. Layer layer on desired plate and place avocado on top
7. Add diced tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and top with your shrimp
8. Add Cajun dressing and enjoy

Dressing
2-3 Tbsp Ranch
1/2 Tsp Cajun Seasoning

Whisk ingredients together and pour over tacos
