Mack Trucks' new MD Series is the company's first medium-duty offering since 2003. It was introduced in January of 2020, and then the pandemic hit. That delayed the start of production, but it didn't interfere with a test drive opportunity. I spotted the truck at Vision Truck Group's Stoney Creek Ontario facility this earlier this summer and made the arrangements. It was in southern Ontario for it's expected Canadian debut at Truck World. Even with his COVID hair, Equipment Editor Jim Park provides an up-close look at the MD in this video.
