During this property renovation we -

Fully gutted

Fully rewired

Fully replumbed

Installed new boiler (and relocated from bedroom into kitchen)

Increased the bathroom size (removed stud wall and installed a new stud wall)

Fully plastered and/or lined

Fully painted inside and out

Installed new kitchen

Installed new bathroom

Installed flooring

Installed carpets

Dug up the old garden and replaced with sleepers and 3G turf

Renewed some skirting (kept the original where we could)

Renewed some coving (kept the original where we could)

Revealed fireplace that was bricked up
