Materials

The glass of water I use is; 200ml

3 cups of warm water
1 pack of dry yeast
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
1 heaping teaspoon of salt
6 cups of flour - 600 grams

For the slurry;
1 heaping tablespoon of flour
1 tablespoon bran flour
6 tablespoons cold water
4 tablespoons hot water
1 teaspoon molasses
1 egg yolk
