Working with mentally challenging physical exercises can help you gain the power that true focus gives. The ability to quieten down internal chatter and concentrate on the task at hand affects how well you remember.
When memory athletes train in memory techniques, a really important component is focus.
In this video you will learn a physical exercise that you can practice to help you with focus, attention and attention switching. Train this exercise up over several days or weeks until it is easy. This is part one of this exercise, with a harder adaptation coming soon.
