I was so happy to finally beat the final bosses without dying and restarting at stage 6-1 I just had to record me doing it!

Note about 2nd form: I lost my patience while recording and this is VERY sloppy. Has an epic finish at least? Watch another video for a smoother run here.

As a kid I never got past the 2nd form. When I played the game again on PC, I nerd raged when I had to keep starting back at 6-1, so I saved a state before the boss to let me keep trying without having to go back through the hell of stage 6 again and again! I finally got around to beating all 3 of the phases without any save states and here it is!
