💬 If a person is in need of performing Ghusl (due to Janabah, menses or nifaas) and there is only a little while before the time for suhoor ends, then what should that person do?

🍛The person (in need of performing Ghusl) should eat his suhoor while still being in the state of impurity.

🚿 Even if the Adhan for Fajr is called, there is nothing wrong with it. He should perform ghusl before offering his Fajr Salah.

📚 "Narrated `Aisha (May Allah be pleased with her): (At times) in Ramadan the Prophet ﷺ used to take a bath in the morning, not because of a wet dream, (but due to junub) and would continue his fast."
✨[Sahih Bukhari 1930]

✅ This shows that a person in the state of impurity can eat suhoor and take a bath after the Adhan for Fajr has been called.

💧Prophet of Allah ﷺ did not invalidate such fast. The state of purity is a mandatory condition for Salah, not for Suhoor.

🎀 Same is the case for menses. If menses for a woman end at night and it becomes mandatory for her to perform ghusl, but it is time for suhoor. The woman should eat her suhoor in this state of impurity, make intention for the fast, then perform ghusl before offering her Fajr Salah. Her fast would remain valid.

⭕Similarly, if nifaas (postpartum bleeding) for a woman ends at night and she was unable to perform ghusl at night, she should eat her suhoor in the state of impurity, make intention for the fast and then perform ghusl before Fajr Salah. Her fast would remain valid.

🚻 For unmarried youth, if they enter the state of Janabah because of wet dreams and were unable to perform ghusl at night, they should eat suhoor in the same state of impurity. They can perform Ghusl even after the Adhan for Fajr has been called, but need to perform ghusl before going to offer Fajr Salah. Their fast would remain valid.

💬 If a person sleeps during the day while fasting, and has a wet dream and enters the state of Janabah, then what should he do?

🛌🏻 This does not invalidate the fast because it was not done intentionally. This was done while the person was sleeping. Any mistakes done while sleeping, have been forgiven by Allahﷻ. This would not invalidate the fast. The person should perform ghusl and complete his fast as usual.
