2014 plus VLOM mod update for anyone with a Direct injected LT based engine. Please be advised, If you did my VLOM mod on the later model direct injection gm engines. Your engine should still be fine. However, It will be lacking some oiling to the High Pressure fuel pump camshaft follower. The non AFM versions of these engines seem not to have this oiler feature though. Perhaps it's not actually needed.

BTW yes, I noticed the strange thing hanging from my beard lol... Spur of the moment video problems.

Size of the hole.
I have confirmed it to be a 0.030 hole that acts as a oil sprayer. You will need micro bits to accomplish this if you feel it necessary. After further investigation it seems the non AFM don't oil that area so perhaps I over reacted? IDK make your best call.
