Speaking at the event were Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism Secretary Shea Lewis, Outdoor Recreation Director Katherine Andrews, architecture/engineering firm Crafton Hull Senior Vice President Dave Roberts and Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders.
