This 2001 Honda VFR800 had one previous owner who did all his own servicing. It cost £500, and had done 95,000 miles. Now I'm going to show you what life's really like with a high-miles motorcycle.
In this video I've done and oil change and rear brake pad swap, but the big job was replacing the very worn-out shock absorber with a new Hagon unit.
