Customer concern was a engine tick noise all the time. Found the noise was more of piston slap and knock noise coming from the center of the engine. Found cylinder walls scuffed. Cylinder 3 & 4 where the worse with grooving and scoring felt with a finger nail. Metallic debris circulation through the engine. Piston wear,wrist pin wear on going issues with these engines.
