A new Microsoft analysis has found that Russia, Iran and China are likely to engage in new, sophisticated interference efforts ahead of the 2024 U.S. election. The report says Moscow remains the most capable and committed threat. Jamil Jaffer, the founder and executive director of the National Security Institute at George Mason University, joined CBS News to discuss the findings.
