Easy 2 Ingredient Pizza Dough | Weight Watchers Friendly Pizza

This pizza is so easy and delicious. It is also very budget friendly. It is a family favorite and something I make all the time. It is also WW friendly!

Pizza Dough Ingredients:
1 cup fat free Greek yogurt **I now use less, about 3/4 cup so that I don't need as much flour to knead the dough**
1 cup self rising flour
(plus extra for kneading and rolling out the dough, I used an 1/8 cup, it can take more! )
Mix the flour and yogurt together. Knead for about 5 minutes. Roll out to desired shape.
Pizza Sauce Ingredients:
1 can tomato paste
1 to 1 1/2 tomato paste cans of water
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp stevia
Oregano, Basil, Garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
Mix all together and let simmer for 10-15 minutes
