Our Root Chakra (also called “Muladhara” chakra) is the connection with the physical body, the physical world and the energies of the earth. It represents security and stability and, being the first and lowest of our 7 main chakras, it is of fundamental importance to our balance.

Unfortunately, our Root Chakra often is obstructed by fear, anxiety and worries about the past, the present and/or the future. To release these fears and to feel secure and safe again, It is vital to have an opened and balanced Muladhara or Root Chakra. A state, that can help gain confidence and trust and thus find back to a stable state of assurance, inner calm and peace.

A person with an open, healthy and fully balanced Root Chakra lives with a stable sense of security, grounding and deep trust. This person will feel safe and comfortable in his or her body and has developed an inner stability and security, regardless of changing and uncertain external circumstances.
