Ingredients
Batter:
1/2 cup (60 g) chickpea flour
1/4 cup (60 g) dairy-free milk
1/4 cup (60 g) spicy hot sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp oil or melted vegan butter
Other ingredients:
1 small-medium head (600 g) cauliflower (weight without stem)
Mild hot sauce or ketchup, to brush
Vegan Ranch Dressing to dip
