Counteract Parkinson's Rigidity with Relaxing Flow & BONUS Qigong

This fluid and constantly flowing class is designed to help you create more space in your upper body and release some of the rigidity often associated with #Parkinson's. Throughout the session, you will pair your breath with a wide range of movements. The #relax&reset class includes a beautiful and energizing seated #qigong flow followed by flowing yoga move leaving you feeling deeply connected to your body, your breath and your heart.
