I would think that the morons at Disney would have understood that the character that is Rey Palpatine ruined the Star Wars experience of many fans and caused them to lose a lot of money. But it seems that quality is of no concerns really and that Kathleen Kennedy is still determined to have kk 2.0 running the show in the next trilogy.
