Yes, it’s true and so easy to do too!

With the instant pot, 1-2 pounds of ground beef, and your trivet, you can thaw, cook, and drain your ground beef for dinner or to add to your recipe. Add taco seasoning for tacos, crumble it and use it in a casserole. Once cooked, it’s great for so many meals.

And if you cook too much ground beef, you can refrigerate it for 3-4 days or freeze it for later.
