While visiting Paris I highly recommend taking a day to explore outside of the big city and visit the 2nd mast visited tourist attraction in all of Normandy. Monet's Gardens are peaceful, beautiful, and inspiring. There were also a few surprises about Monet himself I never knew. This was truly a sight to see and a wonderful day trip outside of Paris.
