DDPY PT workouts can help you overcoming issues with your mid & lower back, knees, neck, or shoulders. The program was developed by Physical Therapists and DDPY Instructors to be a continuation of your medical rehab, or a starting point for dealing with discomfort and pain.

Current DDP YOGA NOW Subscribers will have access to the entire DDPY PT Program on the DDP YOGA NOW App, but please be aware that your login credentials for the App will not work on the DDPYPT platform (they are separate subscriptions). Additionally, a subscription to the DDPYPT.com is not the same as your DDP YOGA NOW subscription.
