Maitreyee Bhaid explains the scientific benefits of meditating, and shares her own personal experiences with meditation.

I’m 13 years old as of now, but will be turning 14 soon. I am going to be talking about meditation. I’ve recently been exposed to meditation, and even at a relatively young age, I found the effects of it very useful in both my school and social life. I want to show people how meditation could be useful in their lives.
