A larger turbo crossover pipe on a 7.3 IDI can have a few benefits. It helps improve exhaust flow, which can result in better turbo performance, and increased power (we’ll take what we can get). It can also help reduce turbo lag and improve throttle response. Upgrading from the factory pipe to Classic Diesel Design’s crossover pipe can enhance the performance and efficiency of the engine.

Keep in mind you do need to get it cerakoted, and have an extra set of hands if possible.
