शरीर में जो Stem cells होते है वह regenerative cells होते है मतलब ये cells कोई भी भाग को regrow करने में मदत करते है। तो जिनका Low AMH होता है , उनमे अगर egg की quantity बोहोत ही कम हो यनेके extremely low AMH रहता है (less than 0.4) इसके साथी ही ऐसे पेशेंट्स में FSH less than 15 से कम होना चाहिए है और 3D sonography में ovarian volume का assesment होना चाहिए। अगर यह तीन criteria पेशेंट satisfy करता है तो ऐसे पेशेंट को Autologous stem cell therapy में लाभ मिलने के संभावनाएं है।

1- Orthopedic Doctor - जो bone marrow निकाल के दे , bone marrow शरीर का ऐसा हिस्सा है जहा stem cells grow होते है , यह कमर के हड्डियों मेसे निकाले जाते है।
2- Hematologist - जो bone marrow मेसे stem cells निकाल के देते है। 100 ml bone marrow मेसे सिर्फ 1 ml stem cells मिलते है।
3- Fertility Specialist - जो पूरे case का assesment करते है।

Autologous Stem Cell Therapy for Ovary
Stem cells निकालने के बाद एक operation किया जाता है जिसे laparoscopy कहा जाता है इसमें एक ख़ास needle लेके यह stem cells ovary के अंदर डाले जाते है। इसके बाद ऐसा माना जाता है की पेशेंट को ovarian regeneration की संभावनाएं होती है जिसे ovarian rejuvination therapy कहा जाता है। यह बात ध्यान में रखना काफी जरुरी है की इसमें overall success rate 20% ही होता है और यह therapy अभी भी एक experimental therapy के रूप में मानी जाती है।
