Flam is nestled right at the end of one of the branches of the Sognefjord – Norway’s longest and deepest fjord. A small port surrounded by steep mountains, Flam is often a highlight for many cruise passengers on a seven-night Norwegian fjords cruise. Flam epitomises the essence of Norway: friendly people, spectacular views, and a relaxed atmosphere.

A big bonus when visiting Flam is that formal shore excursions are not necessary for you to enjoy a memorable experience in port. Flam is a wonderful port for exploring independently and an easy one to navigate.
