Montville Twp, Ohio -- Troopers with the Ohio State Highway Patrol clocked a vehicle moving at a high rate of speed on I-71. One trooper got the vehicle going 102MPH while another trooper clocked the vehicle at 142MPH and locked at 141MPH. The speed limit on this part of I-71 is 70MPH.

Troopers were able to catch up to the vehicle and stop it.

The 18-year-old got the break of a life time and was only issued a speeding citation for the incident. Per court records, he is able to pay his citation online of $269.00. He is yet to pay the citation or appear in court.
