Roman Kent was born on April 18, 1929, in Łódź, Poland. Kent survived the Auschwitz concentration camp. Later in life, he channeled his sorrow and rage into his work leading an American movement to memorialize the Holocaust and fight hate worldwide. This is a USC Shoah Foundation full testimony.
