The first attempt, it rained. The second attempt, the mataf section closed. It was only on the third attempt that we managed to pull through and complete the Umrah process. Alhamdulillah thumma Alhamdulillah thumma Alhamdulillah. It was a first for more than half of us and we are humbled to facilitate our BTY sisters' firsts. Till this day, we are still in awe with seeing the Ka'abah right in front of our eyes.

Welcome to another episode of the Umrah Diaries. While the heart longs for the blessed lands, this series serve as a reminder to keep steadfast in living the life of purposeful ibadah (worship). The vlogs are also intended to inspire those whose souls yearn to bask in Haramain (Makkah and Madinah). May Allah swt accept all of our homecoming and our leaving.
