Encanto - Dolores and Mariano are getting MARRIED and they have a beautiful wedding in Casita with all of the Madrigal family and the Guzmáns! Camilo, Pepa, Abuela, Antonio - everybody celebrates Mariano and Dolores ❤️

Hi^___^ How are you? This is hands down the most requested Disney art edit this year! Dolores and Mariano from Encanto getting married ❤️
I did a bit of research and Encanto theory first.
The Encanto full movie takes place in Colombia, so it is a catholic wedding. It turns out that the current Disney Encanto story takes place only 60-80 years ago, so things like electric lights, modern wedding dresses etc. are definitely possible as the Encanto valley has opened up to the rest of the world again^^ So I played around with modern dress styles and decorating casita with fairy lights :)
Dolores' dress silhouette is inspired by an wedding dress by a Colombian designer and the lace is inspired by flowers from Encanto, like orchids and dahlias.
Mariano, on the other hand, is wearing his usual outfit - because get this! - according to the Art of Encanto book, Mariano is wearing a "Guayabera", which is actually a traditional outfit in Colombia - often worn by a groom at his wedding!

This Encanto edit of course takes place after the We Dont Talk About Bruno song and before Dolores and Mariano have five babies. I can't imagine Abuela Alma would allow them to have kids without getting married lol. And now, with her miracle powers, Mirabel can help prepare for a big Family Madrigal party!
Antonio uses his gift to get the animals to help at the wedding any way he can, like his Tucan holding the veil, while Isabela has decorated casita with flowers and Camilo (using his shapeshifting powers), Felix and Agustín put up the lights and fabric.
Luisa, Julieta and the rest of the Encanto town are guests at the Dolores and Mariano wedding too! They just sit on chairs further back^___^ Im thinking that Dolores probably requested that clapping and music are kept nice and quiet and Mariano might recite poetry as part of his wedding wows.

The Walt Disney Animation Studios director Jared Bush has confirmed that us - the fans - are the deciders when it comes to the fate of Encanto 2! Dinsey does listen to us^^ So we better watch as much Encanto as possible, read the books, listen to the Encanto soundtrack and so on.

It was so much fun to transform Dolores into a bride and I really wanna see their wedding in animation version some day :) Until then, I will continue to do these Encanto tiktok inspired Disney edits^^

Encanto is SUCH an amazing movie! It was so charming, relatable and funny and the Encanto trailer didn't do this awesome movie justice. I really hope we get an Encanto 2 some day^^ I wanna know so many things about Mirabel, Dolores, Marioano, Luisa and Isabella's future (Isabella is my favorite character). My honest encanto reaction was "What happened to the family after the Encanto ending? I wish we would have seen more of casita and each miracle room :)
If you have any ideas for other Encanto edits, please let me know in the comments below. It can be from the Encanto full movie, Encanto clips, or just a general idea about one of the characters^___^ I prefer the setting to be after the Encanto ending, to kinda continue the amazing Disney story, but feel free to give any suggestion, no matter how crazy. I often get inspired by Encanto tiktok and there are so many easter eggs, my videos are like half speedpaint half encanto review^___^ I also do Disney Princess and Pixar edits in general and besides Encanto I will probably also start doing Encanto 2 edits too xD
