Honestly, its been a lot more than 100 days, I think it’s really been since may of last year since I had a consistent exercise routine, so that’s like 9 months but 100 days sounds cooler I guess. I’ve gained about 8lbs, I went from an average weight of 165 pounds as a 5 foot 9 inches male, to now I’m weighing at 173-175 on average I would say.

1. My Old Routine and Why I Stopped
- I didn’t stop it overnight, my routine just declined little by little

What I used to do on a weekly basis:
- I would run 6 times a week
- And I would work in the gym 3-5 times a week

Negative Results:
- Sometime I would be sour and my feet would hurt a little
- And some cramping around the body
- But that’s to be expected when you are running that much and working out that much

Positive results:
- First I would eat more calories
- Second I had more energy
- Third my body was finely tuned, I didn’t just look good perse but I knew I was good purse

2. How did this Routine End
- It started with the preparation I would say

How it went down
- To wake up at 5am every morning you need to sleep at 9pm ( or at least I did )
- To wake up at 5am every morning ( you need a simple trigger, for me it was automatic lights that went on and having a schedule set in place, gym and then run )
- To perform that way, you need to be careful of what you put into your body

What happened was this:
- I started sleeping late, which caused my body to recover slower and not be refreshed
- I stopped going to the gym, so the runs felt harder and the muscle ached more
- I stopped eating as healthy as I did, so the sourness lasted longer and the performance stopped
- I stopped using the trigger, so I started hitting the snooze button more often

What really happened is this:
- I started to negotiate with myself
- Making excuse
- And that makes a person lose respect to themselves

3. Why haven’t you gained all the weight back
- That’s simple, I don’t eat more than I need to
- So I maintain this weight
- Its not that crazy, to get to 215 lbs like use to be, it was not just because I wasn’t working out
- But it’s because I was eating to much, which is gluttony

But exercise is not just about weight ( so I have started to feel some solid drawbacks )
- My back hurts
- My news hurt
- I feel weak
- And I don’t feel as optimized as I used to
- I can see these effects compounding and potentially costing my life honestly
- So I need to make some changes
- My work ethic on my business
- My habits on reading and so on
- All these things have suffered

4. My plan
- Make it easy to say yes ( I have a local gym I hate, but that’s the closest one )
- I need to buy lights for my house to make it easier to wake up
- I need to better my routine and not negotiate with it

Work out Plan
- I need to go at least 3 times to the gym a week, to build muscle and maintain my strength
- I need to run and walk, for at least 30 minutes each day
- And I give myself one rest day
- I’m not big on supplements like I used to be, I rather just eat more mean or protein, but protein shakes and so on, I’m not really that right now
