Kern County Supervisor David Couch has two challengers for his seat this November, Delano mayor Grace Vallajo, who shares his fondness for the term "illegal aliens," and Jose Gonzalez, who was himself undocumented before getting his documentation and ultimately becoming a proud U.S. citizen.
