This video shows how to simply KEEP the font style from changing every time you open up a new document…

If you’re having to change your Font to (perhaps Times New Roman, 12pt) every time you do an English assignment. There is an easier way… you can default your font, that way when you open a new document it was already set to the font style you prefer… and you get started to just typing away.
