Based on the DATA collected, it looks like the PCM is ramping up the Fuel Control Solenoid and causing massive over-fueling and HIGH RPMS for NO REASON!
Also, the cold-start Coolant temperature is being reported incorrectly, showing about 100F too HIGH.
Is the PCM going NUTS??

I found a replacement PCM on eBay....
Let's plug it in, and see if anything changes...
