Rally North Wales and Big Ray 1 & 2, the forest that we nearly never left after the front left wheel fell off the car on the way out of the stage! Big thanks to the two members of the welsh public who's names I sadly did not get for giving me somewhere dry to sit and a phone with working signal, and to Bradburys Garage in Barmouth for coming out and driving 2.5 mile up a forest track in the dark in the wet, to assist with 2 extra wheels nuts and a jack that didn't collapse under the car like mine was trying to. As for the rally, Nick Elliot and Dave Price brought the Fiat 131 back to winning ways after the Group A cars faltered and the Escorts hit their own various drama's, in the end the BHRC top 3 featured Fiat, Ford and Porsche, in that order. Matthew Hirst & Declan Dear won the rally overall, quite comfortably!
