My mother-in-law taught me. They are so delicious that you can cook them every day. You'll definitely love this simple method! Now I bake every day. My mother-in-law told me this secret! Easy and very simple! It's just the bomb! Easy and simple recipe!

Cooking recipe and ingredients:

400 ml of warm water.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
Mix everything well.
Cover with a towel and leave for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.
Mixing.
Add 250 g of sour cream.
Mix well.
Sift 500 g of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix with a spatula.
Add another 200 g of wheat flour.
Mix by hand.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Knead the dough until it is medium soft.
Form a ball.
Place in a greased bowl.
Cover with food-grade film.
Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 45 minutes.
The dough rose well.
Knead the dough.
Form a ball.
Divide the dough into 12 parts.
Form a ball from each piece of dough.
Leave the dough covered on the work surface for 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough with your hands.
Add grated cheese.
Secure the edges.
Repeat the same procedure with each piece of dough.
I used 200 g of cheese.
Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Roll out the dough to the size shown in the video.
Brush the surface of the dough with melted butter.
Fold the edges.
Roll up.
Make a slit in the center of the dough.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Repeat the same procedure with each piece of dough.
I used 100 g of butter.
I will show you once again how to form buns.
Cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes.
Egg yolk + 2 teaspoons of milk.
Mixing.
Brush them with egg mixture.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (365°F) for 25-30 minutes.
All is ready.
Let them cool completely.
The buns turned out soft, airy and delicate!
