Press the blue Download button
Open Files app and go to the Downloads folder.
Press the file you just downloaded
It will up in preview (if you want immersive, press the Immersive icon in the top right)

Specs: Apple Vision Pro films at 2200 x 2200 (1:1 square) in 30fps.

We cut between 3D spatial video and traditional 2D video (Keeley POV) in this video. So there will be 3D and 2D back and forth. All 3D parts are shot on Apple Vision Pro onboard 3D camera, and all 2D shots are on iPhone 15.
