No eggs, no milk!

Bread recipe and ingredients:

200 ml of warm milk.
1 tablespoon of sugar (25 grams).
10 grams of dry yeast (2 teaspoons).
Stir until the sugar and yeast dissolve.
140 grams of wheat flour (1 cup).

Cover and leave to activate the yeast for about 15 minutes.
60 grams of melted butter.
2 eggs.
130 grams of sugar.
1 tablespoon of sour cream (25 grams).
Mix until smooth.
Sift 420 grams of wheat flour (3 cups).
7 grams of salt (1 teaspoon).

Knead a soft, delicate dough.

Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and set aside for 10 minutes.
200 grams of cottage cheese.
40 grams of sugar.
10 grams of vanilla sugar.
1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
30 grams of sour cream.
1 egg white.
We will get a very tasty and aromatic cottage cheese filling.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 centimeter.
Repeat after me.
Add cottage cheese filling.
Let's shape our buns.
Place in a baking dish greased with vegetable oil.
Cover with a kitchen towel and leave for 15 minutes.
Spread with egg yolk + 1 teaspoon of sour cream.
Bake the bread in an oven preheated to 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
