Well, when something is organized it means that it is arranged in a systematic way, especially on a large scale. In other words, things that are organized, they are formed into a coherent unity or functioning whole. That includes our thoughts.

So, when plans are organized, they go beyond a simple set of goals or procedures. We can say they become part of the "big picture". Individual plans become magnifying and can then yield some amazing results.
