Chicken and Cabbage Skillet

Ingredients:
14 oz raw chicken breast, chopped
1 ½ cups raw cabbage, rough chopped
½ cup green onions
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 cups cooked cauliflower rice

Directions:
In a large skillet, brown chicken, onion, and garlic in sesame oil. Add cabbage and cook until cabbage is soft and chicken is cooked through – about 5-7 minutes. Serve over warm cauliflower rice and garnish with soy sauce.
