In today’s video, we’re doing an in-depth tour of BMW’s newest infotainment software, iDrive 8.5! iDrive 8.5 is set to replace iDrive 8 across the BMW lineup, and can be found in all of the following models which were produced in or after July of 2023: X5, X6, X7, iX, i4, XM, 7 Series. iDrive 8.5 introduces a number of different aesthetic and functionality improvements which will be detailed in this video! While iDrive 8.5 is still in its launch phase, iDrive 9 will come in 2024 X1 models.
