Hello and welcome. Join me in this exciting tutorial as I show you how to create your own multi-layered Wile E. Coyote animation cel! Whether you're a fan of the classic Looney Tunes cartoons or just looking to try something new, this video will guide you through the entire process of making your own animation cel, from start to finish. I use acrylics and an airbrush to create the background. I spray the linework onto the glass using a stencil cut on a vinyl cutter. This cel has 5 pieces of glass in it, and I had to build my own frame due to how deep it is.
