One of the main criteria when searching for our High Mileage E92 M3 project car was that the Rod Bearing service could not have been carried out. Whilst it was unlikely we would find a car that definitely hadn't had it done, we avoided any car with proof it had.

With that said, it's time to find out if our gamble paid off on our 152,000 mile Monte Carlo Blue car - Are the Rod Bearings original? And if so, just how worn are they after all that mileage?
