"In all sadness and sorrow, those final scenes I will never forget" - says Ahmed Alhashimi, the father of seven-year-old Sara, who died while trying to cross the English Channel.

Sara was with her family on the boat when another group of migrants crowded onto it at the last minute, trampling her until she suffocated.

The small boat had left France for Britain with more than 100 people on board.
