The Cadillac XT4 would very much like to compete against the BMW X1 and BMW X3. It would love if you compared it to the Mercedes GLA and GLB. And I'm sure that it fancies itself a luxury vehicle competitor to the Audi Q3 and Audi Q5. None of those things is true, however. This Cadillac XT4 struggles to compete against its sister model, the Buick Envision, and it's far more expensive than the Mazda CX-50. The Acura RDX and Lexus NX series are both better options as well. Considering the Cadillac CT4 and CT5 are some of the best handling luxury sports sedans on the market, it seems odd that the Cadillac XT4 feels so lukewarm.
