Hey everyone! In today’s video I am sharing with you a healthy bagel recipe that you will love! they are paleo, gluten free, dairy free, vegan and plant based! Plus, they taste delicious :)
Healthy Bagels
1 cup arrowroot flour
3 cups almond flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp himalayan salt
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey
2/3 cup warm water
350F for 10 minutes, brush with egg wash (optional), and season with the seasoning. bake another 20 minutes.
Makes 6!
DIY Everything Bagel seasoning:
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup poppy seeds
3 tablespoons dried onion flakes
3 tablespoons dried garlic flakes
2 tablespoons coarse sea salt
