The ice-cream man is back in town, except that this year, it's an ice-cream woman, and Garfield isn't always nice to her, even though he loves ice-cream. He makes her life hell and sneaks off with more and more of her wares every day. In the meantime, a prehistoric man is found in a block of ice and carted off to a history exhibition. When Garfield accidentally thaws him, he falls in love with Olga, the ice-cream seller and refuses to go back to the museum.
