Appetizing baked aubergine appetizer! 2 Puff pastry recipes with tasty aubergines!

FIRST RECIPE
✔INGREDIENTS:
1 Eggplant
1 rectangular puff pastry
Tomato puree 60g
1 red or orange pepper
olive oil
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
Origan
15 ml milk (or one egg yolk)
Grated mozzarella 90g
Grated Parmesan cheese
Cherry tomatoes 50g

1st cooking: Bake the aubergines at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
2nd cooking: bake everything for the second time at 190°C for approximately 15-20 minutes!

SECOND RECIPE

✔️INGREDIENTS:
1 Eggplant
1 puff pastry
2 slices of smoked chicken (or sliced to taste)
Cheese to taste (I used Gouda)
Fresh basil leaves
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and black pepper

1 Egg yolk
1 large spoonful of milk
Nigella or sesame seeds

1st cooking: Bake the aubergines at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
2nd cooking: Put back in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 30 minutes.
