Today we’re going to talk about infertility. I’m also going to cover a few potential ways to help boost fertility.

To become more fertile, there are two main things you need to focus on:

1. Avoid things that interfere with the endocrine system. This would mean avoiding endocrine disrupters, which are things like pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides. Eating organic foods is a great way to do this.

2. Take certain natural things to help enhance fertility.

I believe, overall, the most important thing you can do to help boost fertility is to get on the Healthy Keto diet.

Natural remedies to support fertility:
1. L-methyl folate
• Protects DNA
2. Zinc
• May help with egg maturity
3. Selenium
• May help decrease the risk of miscarriage
• Supports the fluid around the egg
4. Vitamin D
• Supports the uterus
• Supports the placenta
• May decrease the risk for PCOS
5. Omega-3 fatty acids
• Supports cervical mucus
• Supports the uterus
6. B-vitamins
• Supports the ovaries
7. Iron
• May help increase fertility
8. Vitamin E
• Supports cervical mucus
9. Chasteberry
• May help increase fertility
• May help decrease prolactin
10. Shatavari
• May help increase cervical mucus
• May help decrease the risk for PCOS
• Supports follicle development
• May help improve the quality of the egg
11. Maca root
• Supports the endocrine system
12. White peony root
• Supports fertility
• May help decrease the risk for PCOS
• May help decrease prolactin
• May help inhibit endometriosis
• May help convert testosterone to estrogen
13. D-chiro-inositol
• Can make insulin more sensitive
