Tronxy X5SA Pro will not print anything. This problem occurred after I began calibrating the printer to improve print quality. I am using the controller board that came with the X5SA Pro and have successfully modified the extruder steps per millimeter.
The problem appeared after I attempted to increase the printer's maximum acceleration and speed values. I use the Chitu G Code guide at this webpage to edit the values. http://www.customize-3d.com/chitu-g-c...
I attempted to "Restore Defaults" through the touch screen menu, but it did not correct the problem.

If you are having an issue with your printer, please send them an email to receive your system defaults file, because it is dependent on the control board that was installed in your printer. Tronxy needs to confirm the control board version before sending you the specific file for your printer.
