Today we’re talking about one of the biggest challenge we currently face as parents working from home… how to create energetic boundaries for yourself while you’re working at home with your kids!

I’m not going to lie, this is CHALLENGING. This has been my hardest lesson to learn as a Mama over the past 10 months, and it doesn’t look like its changing anytime soon.

As a mama and business owner who is working from home AND homeschooling my youngest son, I have some tips for you today on how you can continue to take care of yourself and create energetic boundaries that will keep you sane and hopefully feeling good.

Your family needs you to take care of yourself so you can show up as the best version of you during these unpredictable times. When you’re feeling rested, nourished, supported and heard, it feels SO much easier to take care of those around you.

NONE of this is easy, but I’m rooting for you Mama, and hopefully this video will help to open up the conversation so we can share solutions instead of feeling stuck in a constant state of overwhelm!
