Trial Chamber, Breeze, trial spawners, crafter block, new copper and other decorative blocks, and the Armadillo were all announced for Minecraft 1.21 as part of Minecraft Live. Minecraft 1.21 is planned to be released in 2024.

✅ Trial Chamber is a new structure with procedurally generated rooms suited for combat testing. Inside are trail spawners and supply chests. The structure itself includes new decorative blocks including new copper variant blocks (grate, bulb, trapdoor, door, and chiseled copper).

✅ Breeze is a new hostile mob found within Trial Chambers. They have a wind charge, and the wind projectile can interact with blocks such as trapdoors and buttons.

✅ Crafter is a new block that behaves like an automated crafting table. It can interact with hoppers and redstone to output any crafting recipe.

✅ Armadillo was announced as the winner of the Minecraft mob vote.
